Ernestina (Tina) Sarsah is a dynamic leader whose career bridges cybersecurity, ministry, entrepreneurship, and empowerment. With over 20 years of experience in federal cybersecurity and business leadership, she specializes in risk management, compliance, and governance, holding certifications including Security+, CISA, and CISM.

Beyond her corporate career, Tina is the Founder and President of Woman of Character Ministries. For more than 13 years, she has empowered women through conferences, counseling, and resources that foster healing, resilience, and transformation. She also leads the I Am Chosen Youth Conference, guiding young people to discover their strengths and overcome modern challenges.

Beyond ministry and leadership, Tina builds businesses with purpose. She runs The Carr Group LLC, supporting clients with their tax needs, and created Organic Foods Village to share healthy African super grains with American homes.
​
Tina draws inspiration from Proverbs 31:25 and empowers women, youth, and professionals to embrace strength, dignity, and purpose in their lives.
